• Delays due to natural events, strikes, or courier issues are out of our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

Delivery Conditions

• Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item at the delivery address.
• For large furniture, ensure your doorway/stairs/elevators allow for safe delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

• Inform the delivery agent and take photos immediately.
